Manning's Lakehouse

Manning's Lakehouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom year 'round vacation home on the southern shore of Found Lake in St. Germain, WI. Recently remodeled, this home has many extras that will make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. A sunroom off the living room on the main level offers gorgeous views of the lake and wildlife. The lower level has a rec room with a bar and TV. The unit is equipped with DirecTV and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Also available for rental by Manning's guests is a 24 ft. Bentley Pontoon with a 90 HP motor for $850 per week.

Found Lake is a 326 acre lake with a maximum depth of 21 feet. Known as a good fishing lake, it has an abundant supply of panfish and bass along with plentiful numbers of musky, northerns, and walleyes.

Rates & Policies

Summer: $1595 per week
Offseason: $1250 per week or $225 per night for 3 nights or $200 per night for 4 or more nights
Manning’s Lakehouse rents Friday to Friday from the 3rd Friday of June to the 3rd Friday of August.

Manning's Lakehouse has a no pet policy.

All rates are based on 8 people. Children 2 and under sleep free. Extra people are $15 per night and $75 per week. State and local sales taxes apply.

A $400 deposit is required to confirm your weekly reservation, and a one night deposit will confirm your nightly reservation. Deposits are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee with 60 days notice for summer season reservations, and 30 days notice for all other seasons.

The balance of the bill is due in full at check in or at time of cancellation via your credit card on file.

Outboard motor, fishing boat and pontoon rental are available through Hiller’s Pine Haven.
