require a 25% deposit to hold your reservation.
All rates are based on 6 persons; extra persons
are charged $15 per night or $75 per week. A
maximum of 8 people are allowed. All rates are

Cancellations will be accepted only if we are able
to rebook your time with another group.

Cancellation Policy:

$25.00 processing fee applies to all refunded deposits. Deposits will
be refunded if your reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to
arrival. Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival will be refunded
if your time can be rented to another party.
